Nocheto PGN format (2023.01.01)

Description

Nocheto supports Portable Game Notation (PGN) (text format).

Nocheto supports Clock tag and %clk command from 8 September 2001 Extension ^3.0.0.

Nocheto PGN format also extends TimeControl^3.0.0 tag format and adds a few new tags.

New tags

CreatedBy tag

Add information about software in which the PGN was created.
